Eligibility Criteria for Punjab TET Exam 2019:-

Educational Qualification details:

• Candidates must have HSC with the minimum qualification of 50% marks and must have cleared or appearing in the final year of Bachelor of Elementary Education or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education for appearing in the paper I.
• For Paper II candidates must have completed the Graduation degree with minimum 50% marks and must have cleared or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed) or appearing for the academic year.

Application Fee details:

• Reserved category candidates for the paper I have to pay an application fee of Rs. 300/- and for both the papers Rs. 600/-
• General category candidates for a paper I have to pay an application fee of Rs. 600/- and for both the papers Rs. 1200/-.

The PSTET exam will be in two phases Paper 1(Primary Teachers) and Paper 2 (Upper Primary Teachers). The Paper I is for the candidates who wish to get selected as teachers for 1 to 5th class & Papers 2 for 6th to 8th class. Interested aspirants can apply for both the papers.
